Man do you walk a lot here! Just getting to class inside the hotel, is a 15 minute walk. What is not nearly as far is ceasar,s which I thought was an hour away. It is more like 20 minutes away. We met up with his friends twice yesterday for irish food first then tapas. I even had him coming to class a few times. We are silly happy, right now.

I finally participated in my first full clear of Kara. It was a 2 day effort on Thursday night and Saturday morning, but I loved it.

Now if only I can get some of that damn hunter gear in that raid to drop..

I did manage to get some pvp in for a couple S1 pieces, so my upgrades are coming along. just need 30 AB marks for my shoulders and I should be in good shape depending on drops in this week's raid.

Circuit city has 60 day game cards for $20 again.. so for $60 you get 6 months of gametime :)

Last night I won myself a seat into the Full House Holdem Jeep tournament... first prize is a Jeep Patriot. I'm estimating 100 or so people qualifying with about a 75% attendance, so I have a reasonably decent chance of winning. Better than the Lotto at least. ;) I think that game will be happening June 1st.

By my points ranking, I will also automatically have a seat in the upcoming league tournament for a seat in the WSOP.

After last night's points get added, I'll be #41 in the entire Atlanta FHH league (out of 1351 players with more than zero points) Top 100 get to play for the WSOP seat. That comes up around the end of June.

elf reminded me the 1 year anniversary of our bizarre relationship is 5/19. everytime i see green, lush grass, i think of him, since that was all he could say about michigan how green it was. now, i'm running around like mad, cleaning, so fish can trash the place, and packing for my trip. nothing is done, except the cookies to bribe him with. i'm going to miss my critters for a week

it's what kgspecial said, "if you're not working towards your goal, you're working away from it". every day my goal is to make these 4 little people happy. today, yeah, i should have been inside, doing work, and i was, but then it was sunny, so me, tigger, anais, and the laptop came outside for me to study and them to chill in the sun. i have wonderful pictures of him, sound asleep, that i'll post, all i cared about is that he got another spring, and he got it today. yes, i'll be sad when he dies but i'll know what life he led.

i try to not goto the mega mart, as alton brown calls it but sometimes, it's just not efficient to goto 4 different places for: shrimp, gauze, beer, greeting cards. go fig. closed my std dev RUT trades, finally, today, for the month. the whole idea is that you put them on pretty close to the mark, but you only keep them on 14-17 days and you peel them off as the market swings. well, it didn't swing, it just went up, which is really good for the rest of my stuff, so i'm not complaining. i'm just trying to get into a groove of steady, monthly iron condors for steady income and not trading everything else, under the sun (which i still do anyway). speaking of steady cash, i need at least $50/month for my committment to the shelter, called "caring hearts". tonight is this little reception for those of us that do it, which is cool, wine and little kibblies. got a card for heather and anna, for their killed dog. that's just so fucked up. off to walk anais since fish is stuck at work, pulling a double shift.

heather, of heather and anna, who take care of tigger when i'm away, her dog was killed last weekend. they rescue pit bulls and do agility contests with them but i guess heather had a jack russell terrier that ran out and was mauled to death by the neighbor's dog. anna was bit in the hand and now has a terrible fever from it. i feel terrible for them!
